Before you start

Can I bring my current wine list?

Yes. Upload a PDF or photos, or import an Excel file. Winepad extracts the wine details; you review them before importing.

Do I need a tablet?

No. You can print your wine list or let guests open it on their phone through a QR code, without an app. Want to use a tablet? The included app works on your own iPad or Android tablet, even offline after downloading your list.

What is included for free?

Add unlimited wines and publish one wine list for one restaurant, in your house style. PDF, QR code, the tablet app and bottle counts with minimums are included. AI help has monthly limits. More lists, team collaboration, versions, purchase prices, margins and reports are part of Pro.

Is there a catch?

No. Wine merchants pay for Winepad, not restaurants. Your wines and lists stay yours: export any wine list as PDF, Excel or CSV whenever you like.

What happens after the 3 months of Pro?

Your account automatically returns to Free unless you switch to Pro. No payment details are needed for the trial, and there is no automatic charge. Your wines, lists and history stay stored, and you can keep editing and publishing one wine list. Pro tools become unavailable.

It began in Sicily

From grape to tablet.

The idea for Winepad began on a wine trip to Sicily in 2019. Today, I’m building it to help restaurants manage their wines, wine list and stock in one place.
