Your account

• You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure: whoever can open it can sign in.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you invite to a wine list.
• Invite colleagues to a wine list instead of sharing your account.

Price

Winepad offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Prices and allowances are shown on the pricing page. We agree the restaurants covered, billing period and cancellation terms with you before activating paid Pro. The three-month Pro trial requires no payment details and returns to Free automatically unless you switch to paid Pro. Additional services, such as help setting up your wines and first wine list, are agreed separately before you pay anything.

Your content

Your wines, prices, wine lists, logos and images remain yours. You allow us to store, process and show them only to provide Winepad to you: for example to publish a wine list to the tablet and guest link, create PDFs, send orders to your suppliers, or use the AI features you ask for.

You make sure what you enter is lawful and that you may use the logos, images and texts you upload.

Check before you publish

You decide what goes on your wine list and when it is published. Prices, margins, VAT, stock figures, suggestions, descriptions and translations, including those written by AI, are there to help you. Check them before you publish or print.

Fair use

Do not use Winepad for anything unlawful, do not try to access other accounts, and do not overload, scrape or attack the service.

Demo

The demo is a temporary account filled with sample data. It is deleted automatically after 7 days. Do not store real restaurant data in it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Winepad available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available without interruption. We may add, change or remove features. Export your important wine lists as PDF or Excel from time to time.

Liability

Winepad is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Crossworx bv is only liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, and not for indirect damage such as lost revenue, lost profit or lost data.

Ending

You can stop using Winepad at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing winepad@crossworx.be. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We announce important changes in advance in the app or by email. If you keep using Winepad after a change, you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

Belgian law applies. If we disagree, we first try to solve it together. If that fails, the courts of the judicial district of Crossworx bv’s registered office are competent.
